Donna — AI Sales Co-Pilot

UniAcco's sales agents were losing ~35% of every workday to non-selling admin: hunting property info across Excel, Slack and WhatsApp before ever talking to a student. Donna is the AI co-pilot that gives that time back: ranking properties, drafting the message, and sending it, with the agent's hands still on the wheel. No new headcount required.

UniCreds CRM, rethought

UniCreds' loan CRM moves one student lead through multiple lenders, roles, permissions and a ~65-day journey, and the old system had become impossible to reason about. I led its redesign as a systems problem: mapping the objects and relationships first, then designing the interface as the visible layer of that system.

Shakti, in her own words.

Mumbai-based. Five years across PropTech, FinTech, Health-tech, Marketplace and B2B. Convinced that a product that technically works but still feels wrong is a bug worth fixing.

I'm a Lead Product Designer in Mumbai, five years into trying to understand why people do what they do, and then building things that fit more honestly into that. I get uncomfortable when a product technically works but still feels wrong, and I can't leave it alone until I've figured out why. Lately, I've been most drawn to AI, not as a tool, but as a new interaction surface. Designing for conversations, for uncertainty, for trust, that's where the interesting problems are right now.

I design inside the same repo the team ships from, Figma variables mapped to engineering tokens, so specs stop getting lost in translation and reviews argue about the decision, not the padding.

Critique in my teams runs weekly on three questions: what's the decision this screen makes, what did you reject, and what would you delete first. We leave with smaller designs, not longer ones.

I've mentored two junior designers into their first product-owned surfaces, one now leads the Unischolars consideration funnel, a piece of the product they weren't running six months earlier.
